Greetings to one and all,
I pray that you all had a safe and peacefull Christmas and a happy New Year.
I had my wife home for Christmas and New years and it was very delightful to say the least.
We went to church Christmas eve and had a wonderful time.
I prepared the turkey and all the trimmings on Christmas and she enjoyed herself so much.
I wrote this poem at my kitchen table I hope you enjoy it :
It was the night before Christmas when in my house,
something was missing and it wasn't a mouse.
The small tree in the corner seemed so empty and bare,
all that was under it was my tears of despair.
The angel on the tree top was so radiant and bright,
made me remember of that one glorious night.
When an angel from heaven came down to the earth,
to tell some shepherds of our sweet saviour's birth.
So please remember that the perfect gift to us all,
can’t be found in any store in the mall.
This precious gift to which I speak , is Jesus, free to one and all…
